Google Calendar & Meet API Integration
We've significantly upgraded our "Book a Meeting" component with direct Google Calendar integration:
- Instant Meeting Creation: Meetings are now created immediately in your Google Calendar without user confirmation delays
- Google Meet Integration: Automatic Google Meet links are generated for every scheduled meeting
- Real-time Availability: Shows actual availability from your Google Calendar, respecting your working hours and existing appointments
- Smart Scheduling Rules: 36-hour minimum notice, Monday-Friday only availability, no weekend bookings
- Reliable Fallback: Automatic fallback to Calendly if Google Calendar integration fails
- Service Account Authentication: Secure integration using Google Cloud service accounts with proper permissions
